That's what the consultation is for, we walk you through everything so you know what to expect, but there's a difference between hearing about something and actually wearing it for a few days. Some people love it right away. A few realize it's not for them once it's on.

We didn't want cost to be the reason someone stays in a decision that isn't working for them. So for your very first application, the financial risk sits with us, not you. You get to decide based on how it actually feels, not on how much you've already spent.

What it covers

The guarantee applies to your first hair system application only, whether you go with a Standard system or a Bespoke one. It doesn't apply to replacement systems down the road, once you know the product works for you, later applications are treated as regular appointments.
